By accessing or using the Accordix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Enterprise Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Accordix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Contract Lifecycle Management platform for your internal business purposes.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Accordix of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of Accordix and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Accordix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
